It would definitely be doable to update the color bar, and with the second request, there's definitely a way to make Google Sheets automatically sort/group things via conditions, and I can think of a few ways. At worst if I can't think of a nice, clean way to do it, you would just have to move the data row on the spreadsheet to put them in the proper group/order you want. But it would be pretty easy on the user end! I can definitely fiddle around to see what works best.

But yeah, doable!
